Be Patient, Not Consistent

If you could boil everything, this is an impossible question. But we'll go into one piece of advice. Be consistent by being more patient with the rate at which you're progress in your training. And so i think yo be consistent by beingMore patient than to try and rush progression too much. If you're not patient, and you don't progress training slowly and gradually, inevitably you get injured am or over trained. It's it's you'll adopt.
