The Importance of Platforms in Trading

I think everybody wants to keep their customer base and that's a logical thing to do at the same time. You know, as I mentioned, platforms are great connectors. So if you want to run a competitive process on everything that you do, whether that be warehousing or inspection, et cetera, you can go out through a platform for those particular services. If we think about one area which I think is particularly opaque is for example oil storage, which has been a very, very key issue in 2020. But if you have a platform where you can openly offer that storage capacity or bid for it, then again, that creates efficiency and transparency of availability and cost. Our belief overall
