The pipette bulb is not impermeable to air. So I'm guessing something got up in there, and it dried out completely. It'd be interesting Amanda if you took a little bit of alcohol and squirted it up into the pipette bulb and see if you can't get it to dissolve. But yes, good thing they're sending you a new one. And you know, they need some better QC on those pipettes. Those little drivers, right? Well, it's people like Amanda reporting it to the brand that, you know, raise the issue.
