I Love Gelatto, I Love Ice Cream
Gelatto doesn't have gelatin in it, but a lot of picture sheffs put gelatin in the gelatto. I think not having eggs in the base allows it to actually really igh like the flavor of o of the ingredient that you're trying to make. lemon rosemary sorbe i meano sorbet, or a lemon gellatto, lemon ice cream. It's going to be weighed different because of the eggs. Without the eggs, it's lemon cream, you know, yiu mean, where as if it's a lemon egg cream,. It's a different thing.
