Sprint drills can have some value, but i think that in terms of actually connecting to sprint mechanics, like this is another example where i believe they fall short. It's like you are internally rotating into the ground a and you're not achieving that external rotation to get off the ground. So instead of what you do as you use your back more to get off of the ground, right? It's like your arching your back to shove your centre mass even more forward than you n ly are.
