Rhetoric is very important. Aristotle did not teach his students rhetoric half the day, while there's a reason for that. And any time you try to sciencize philosophy into prose, you're missing art of philosophia. It comes down to non-literality and literalism. Our age treats rhetoric as mere rhetoric. Go read speeches by cicero or demosthenes. Those things are credible. We need to hear the flamboyance and velvety panobelackings.
