How to Down Regulate Your Parasympathetic Nervous System

The aim here is that we begin to arm ourselves with tools and develop the skill set to know I am up regulated now. And then you want to do if you're stressed, if you're really angry, if you feel a lot of tension in the body, it's a really, really good one. Four to five minutes of this can help to down regulate into the parasympathetic quite quickly. We are more likely to produce an outcome that is aligned, coherent and congruent with what we ultimately want within our life.
