How to Recover From Burnout

The first step is just accepting your direct experience of burnout. Do not argue with it, do not act like it's not there. In observing myself recover from burnout, I started to notice that there were three levels to my recovery process. Once I turned it into kind of a model for myself, I noticed that I was able to recover faster because I knew what to do at each level and the comment pitfalls. So now I wanted to share more about all of those levels with you.
