Wel coach, great answers and really nice details on all the experiences. And obviously, this a pretty difficult question to ask. But was there anything in all your answers that maybe shifted the way you thought about coaching in general? I learned better at very blunt, honest direction. A lot of people don't like to respond the just honest, in your face, the ret typening. So i've learned it's ok to reil it down a littl bit. It's ok just to have a inside voice, or a normal voice, you'll have to yell. The experience has completely changed me as a coach. I look at these players now as my family,. every day
