Is the Site of Injury Different From Male to Female?

More evidence is coming out more recently starting to look at that. There's an argument certainly from Bill Myers in the US who deals with core muscle injuries. The lines of force from the male pelvis tends to be more straight down and less diagonal, whereas the female lines of force in the muscles may be slightly more diagonal. And so something's happening postpartum where we believe that you're probably overstretching or disrupting those anterior ligaments. You're losing the ability to control,. you may not quite have the muscle coordination or mass... then you increase the load too quickly.
