Justice Jackson's First Term Reflections
David Gergen: Justice Jackson has been a fascinating first term. He says she's not afraid to strike out on her own, which is very unusual for a new justice. Gergen: Sotomayor used clerks for book tour events or book type events where she would speak somewhere and the clerks would suggest the number of books that should be purchased in advance. The second story was once again about Justice Thomas, but rather his ethical problems.
