How Has Embodiment Shaped Your Spirituality?
In college, my spirituality was kind of completely a practice of the mind. I think spiritual spaces, specifically white evangelical spaces, definitely amplified that. And so it's been a real work, you know, I'm grateful. It's growing though. I think every month, every year it's growing, this sense in me that I won't survive if my spirituality doesn't include my body.
