Isn't Growth the Whole Point of a Start Up?

relay of fams is five years old, but it still feels very new to me. I've started to noice recently, we're not the new kids on the block any more. So i've been thinking a lot about ways to try in, take what i'm doing now and find natural places that i can move to in business. This may include the need to diversify my personal income a little bit. Because right now my income is all tied up in podcast advertising. It is terrifying. But  it is a risk area, rightlyi all my eggs are are in that basket, right?
