The Importance of Taking What Works
I'm just impressed that you said I'm going to take what works for me and leave the rest. So many people who feel pressure because they're like well, this exercise is supposed to work. And they like hold on to it like no something doesn't work for you. Skip it and move on. Take what works and you can break some of the rules but I think a lot of people feel bad if they're breaking the quote on quote rules. There's so many things on the internet these days that say you should do XY and Z and these are the things that work. Yeah, yeah, take it or leave it. Right.
