The Importance of Having an Anchor Client

I arrived in London with nothing but a suitcase and a credit card. A year later we had four million of four million pounds of revenue. I've now got eight different companies, three time zones. So like very diversified now. Someone said to me quite a few years ago, you never want any one client to be more than really 49% of your business. Ideally no more than 20 if you can do it. Because obviously they fall off. You're, you're in trouble.
