Spain's Election Could Be the Strongest Showing for the Far Right Since the Days of Francisco Franco's Dictatorship
Herzog: We cannot remain silent when our government sends 3.8 billion of military aid to Israel that is used to demolish Palestinian homes in prison, Palestinian children and displaced Palestinian families. Washington has criticized some of these developments but has also helped bankroll the Israeli government to the tune of nearly $4 billion a year in foreign military financing which multiple members of the U.S. Congress now oppose. A resolution passed by the House of Representatives affirming that Israel is not a racist or apartheid state was one substantive act on Herzog's part.
