Is Django a Good Framework?

Django now properly supports all the way to the database layer. Starlet is its own web framework, but it is also something that can be used for the building blocks of other web frameworks. And you've got a couple of web socket style ones in here as well that are maybe not full frameworks, but they work in that regard.
