How to Make Deals Work for You
I would love to do more deals they're just not underwriting for our metrics and one thing we refuse to do is compromise on our standards for underwriting I think we're gonna kind of see that result of what happens when people do make numbers work. A lot of those sellers are still stuck in 2021 pricing and it's really hard for me to capitalize a deal when there's no money even in the GP part of the deal.
