The Importance of Customer Engagement in a Marketplace

A potential future customer brought up the topic of cannibalization. And I can share an anecdote, for example, if you're, if you have two minutes, but we were at this at a dinner. We started introducing products at a cheaper price point, 15, 18 dollar average selling price. Immediately we started selling a lot of those and we were also selling more of our own at 30 dollars. The merchants came to us and said, Hey, you have to stop selling products at a cheap price. It's hurting the positioning of our offering. So yeah, I digressed a little bit, but it's all about those, those, it's easier to have those war kind of stories
