"It's just amazing what what doing these things in the right order and an just deciding to do them every day, it's just amazing how much that can help you," he says. Sometimes i'll do my positive focus in the middle of the day, particularly if i ever feel myself slowing down and or i feel myself frustrated. By focussing on my achievements, in part, i'm identifying to myself what really matters to me. And i want more of that. So this, this tool, is not a principle of life. That's an absolute, you must use this tool to flourish."
