Do I Subscribe to These Interventions?
elizabeth colbert's new book is called under a white sky, the nature of the future. If you were betting on a species that could live with humans on the planet, well, humans would be high up there. i'm trying to point out a pattern of the human mind that we get to a point and the next thing we reach for is a new form of intervention. But whether that's good or bad, whether there are better alternatives that we can find, that is kind of not my call.
