The boy's appeal based on collection of evidence is the big deal on the appeal. He keeps saying that they should have Miranda eyes, Tim and anything they saw before that, you know, and after that should be thrown out. But the problem is he invited them in. What they didn't leave in like they opened a drawer and saw something. They started seeing flesh and blood. His rights weren't violated. It's not fruit of the poisonous tree or any of that shit. There is a letter from him here that it just looks like a letter he wrote into somebody. When is this from 2011? The brand new thing is from Hey, the envelope blocks out part of it. Thanks
