The Importance of Mindset in Sales Enablement
In sales enablement, I've noticed it like sales has a by requirement, this very short, generally a short term, kind of like mindset. And then after that next month comes up, we got to hit this goal. It just comes from that sort of that culture of, you know, getting things out like quickly, right? So, in the same way sales is, you know,. monthly quota, monthly quota, sales enablement starts falling into that type of mindset as well.
