Creative commons users really don't get this by and large, neither the technical requirements for attribution nor the potential risk of getting it wrong. I've posted more than 28 thousand photos to flicker under very generous licenses, and i'm constantly finding users who have failed to correctly identify them. Copy left trolls aren't content to passively sit by and wait for small textual errors to monotize. They actively seek to create those errors.
