I think the biggest part was probably that I created a lot of space for the team. They were working very autonomously. And another part was that I kept the team together, because we were so distributed. We did weekly learning sessions where people would do little demos of what they'd built. So celebrate together and really operate as a team. For me it's one of the best teams I've ever worked with.
