The USO ETF's Futures Contract Structure Changes

Jim Boulden: USO is going to bring a whole bunch of new, frankly ignorant retail money into this market and it's going to result in USO buying lots and lots of futures contracts. What we're anticipating here is that the crude oil producers are no dummies. They're saying, if I try to sell my crude oil in the spot market, I can get 12 bucks. I can get like 28 bucks if I sell it on the futures market. He says they changed the structure recently of the USO ETP.
