What Are the Best Back Drills for Athletes?

The back drills are a good start to motor control and the mechanics that you want for speed, but i don't think it incorporates quite enough the extension of the foot into the ground. So i do think that they're good drills, and i think it's good that they're being used, but no, the end game is not what we should be focusing on. And one of our most important responsibilities is to educate science in an accurate way that makes it actionable. We need to stay away from information that can lead people into practices that may not work or properly target what they really want change and action.
