How to Be Vulnerable on Social Media

To me, vulnerability means owning your story and telling your story from a place where you are fully in ownership of it. The attempt to control how other people feel about you is most often doomed to fail,. So that's why I recommend against doing that. And if you're not having fun sharing on social media and connecting, like what is the point?
