The Importance of Enablement in Startups

The leader that this team was now reporting into was pretty close minded and didn't want to learn about the value the team could provide. And they were in fact correlating programs back to new hire ramp time, sales, like execution, retention, churn and so on. You know, there's a number of reasons, but I do want to say before I go any further is you absolutely must Tire enablement efforts back to impact and results. This is a non negotiable for any strategic enablement function. But based on how certain layout decisions are made from what I've seen, those who are tracking impact are likely in a better position than others.
