Building a Community - Value for the Community?

i would love to hear from the audience as we go on, if that's starting to answer some of the questions we have in here about building a community. i think it's a good framework to provides for any community you're going to build,. Whether c f o or ciber security or whomever, is like, what's the value for them? And how do you get them to participate and you facilitate? How do you know this is working for company? I'm gonna ask sydney one more time: Do i ever have to create a resurbe to get a job in the future?
