The Importance of Pain in Psychedelic Therapy
ASER is about how our most painful experiences really do become our biggest treasures sometimes much later but often in psychedelic therapy journeys people you know go deep into really really really painful places. We're real believers in the importance of pain as a teacher and so often you know we go through our own kind of initiations in this work. I think it was a very painful experience of kind of being in psychedelic therapy and wanting to bring kind of nurturing in care and therapy and all of these ways in but noticing that that the system wasn't really set up for that. It's those hierarchies of competition and money and resources which are central to some of the issues that we face as a as a culture
