I don't understand that impulse like you, like you say don't want the menu to be staticy i don't. But i think we can have the best of both worlds. You can bring in new drinks, and then you can always have the classic section, or something like that. And i also think your bar isn't going to a stumble or fail commercially if ore not constantly new. I'm like a pegu club rarely changed its menu during its 15 year run, and it was always popular and always respected. My favorite bar here in the city, a long island bar, almost never changes its cottail menu. It adds a drink like every six months. People love
