How to Launch a Product in 10 Years

I am someone who likes to go to think through many variables simultaneously. I'm quite comfortable with uncertainty and delayed gratification. As a founder, as anyone leading anything, you actually need to manage how you communicate with the team. It's easier to think in terms of 10 or 20 year intervals than it is ten month intervals. So for the founders, the founders should constantly thinking about, okay, is this going to work? How can we make this more likely to work?
