Do I Have COVID?

Kona was fine until he got a bunch of Jojo merch shipped. "I went all out because I was like, well, my body needs is energy" He had such bad stomach pain at night that he vomited and then slept for an hour. Kona says the hospital right next to his house treated him as having COVID symptoms.
