What's the Natural Tri?

There's an international world order that right now is not exactly humming. Right now, the countries can't even agree on how to use a i militarily. And then if you have non state actors, or even terrist organs s getting hold of some of these things, and o course, going to be no rules. The school of thought is that we're at stage one right now. We'll get to stage too, when the computer is as smart as human being. But we don't know when that is. Once we hit two, we'll essentially immediately hit three. Es as soons, as soon as it has the capacity to improve itself, then it can improve it to
