What's New in the Toxic Substances Control Act?

In 2015, I did petition EPA under the Toxic Substances Control Act to regulate CO2 because of ocean acidification. The IRA is new. It's not in the petition because it was passed after we'd filed. We talk about that and that's sort of brand new. And the agency has the authority to commence that entire project by utilizing the authorities that we laid out in the lawsuit.
