The Unconfirmed Transaction Problem
The ledger desktop wallet was showing unconfirmed transactions as confirmed ones. The problem could possibly be a million because once someone has your address, they can just keep sending you transactions which they then replace. One transaction could contain hundreds of outputs that all go to the same address. It's not really a wallet, but it's by this particular attack. But I'm sure there's other ways to fix it too.
