How to Build Resilience in a Crisis?

Mayeye: It took a lot of discipline in myself to be able to justa, i didn't care what time of day it was. We really had to double down on the work as decisions had to be postponed because we had to do things in a safe way. No boss could ever tell me you have to work extra hours. That is not the way to motivate a person. M it's because i felt invested in making sure this launched. And that collective goal allowed us to to make that happen.
