I think we complimented each other. She was able to push me in terms of building my confidence and speaking out loud, where i would have maybe figured out another root of how to get things done. In the end, we care about authenticity, about being our true selves with their team. We deeply care about our customers and figuring out how to really represent them. And weave them into how we push work forward. I did not wont telater conversation like that. I wantd to yo now see how she approach management,. Once you start managing people, that relationship to your reports is a different one.
