The Value of Creating an App for Residents
The app is a great marketing tool in terms of selling them on the lifestyle and all the wonderful things they'll be able to do when they buy a home there. Homes and master planned communities typically sell at a 15% price premium to a similar house outside of one. And so creating that sense of place, wrapping it around a powerful brand does create economic value for the developer.
