Leadership Principles That Work
People don't stick around with them too long. They'll drive em really hard for a year or two, and then they're gone. As soon as they get then they get new people in there, and they bring results. So from the macro level usll this person's always bringing results, but they're constantly churning through people. And i wouldn't argue that the results likely would be greater a more effective leader in there that's not constantly turning through people,. The cost of taent, acquisition, losing relationships, all that stuff, by applying just the more more solid leadership principles we've been talking about to day.
