Trump's Intimidation of Carroll's Opponents
The New York statute that Carroll sued under is phrased in terms of sexual assault, not rape. Trump would have to prove she knowingly made a false statement about him when she used the term rape. I think that that's an impossible burden for him to meet here. These counterclaims, they are filed in the most malicious sense. He's trying to intimidate Carroll here.
