The Importance of a Signer

Language arises when there are at least two words a. The word god signifies something that we cannot grasp, says lecan. Our birth into language is where we start to make sense of the basic demands made by our parents. We don't really understand what they are but have to try and figure it out. Lecan makes an interesting distinction between demand desire and demand need.
