Research shows that we might focus best for about 90 minutes at the most, and can expect to do maybe two of those long stints of work a day. So i'm going to reduce those inactive hours involves my looking ahead and figuring out when i can do those two 90 minute blocks of focused work. And then around that, i'll assume i'm working, but able to be interrupted, unless i'm in a meeting, every 50 minutes or so to walk or do some other kind of movement. We know from research that interrupting our work and coming back to it means a lag in sort of getting back into it nd and going again. It's better to end and resume one
