When Should You Hire an Accountant?
If you're not profitable, you're not going to be running the business for long. So getting somebody to take care of that is, in my opinion, a first priority. I think your third hire should be a marketing expert. It could be like a facebook ads expert. Because growth is very important in your business. You can't focus on training your staff or hiring the right staff if you don't have an accountant.
