Kids and Smart Phones - What's the Biggest Thing in Education?

i've been working with children and families for 25 years, so i tend to watch them do a lot of research. And what i've noticed is the no phones, phone smart phones are ubiquitous now. It's not like you have an eight, nine year old who doesn't have a phone, their best friend does, or their older sibling does. The pandemic happened, and kids who maybe had one or two hours of screen time were now having eight to 12 hours of time. We need to start young and early and continue on through all you kno schooling for a lifelong process of gital education.
