The Zodiac Killer in Texar Cana
Rumors of course ran rampant in Texar cana and one was that an escaped German POW was responsible for the murders. The zodiac killer is a famous serial killer who operated in and around San Francisco in the late 60s. He would wear a hood, attack people on lovers lanes with a firearm and he would use a flashlight to blind them. If you're a German POW he's escaped you're trying to do something other than become a serial killer in TexarCana.
