The Four Futures Assessment

In the first seven years of my dental career, I graduated in 2002 and by 2009 I had six dental practices. And there should be a method in which you are tracking every single dollar that goes out into the world. This is kind of our baby. When we started our consulting company 11 years ago, this is the only thing that we actually coached on: cash flow and overhead control. If you focus only on the numbers, then you could very, very quickly start to deteriorate as far as culture goes or your own personal drive. We're going to reflect on here in a second.
