The Four Fourth Right Resistance to Diversity
Gray rock is actually a little bit passive aggressive or I don't know if it's yeah, it is. In fact, what it is is unforthright resistance. It's the same refusal to participate without announcing it without explaining it. And like he said, prepare for the worst. You're probably going to get fired. But at this point in my life, most likely to be what I would do, but I could see myself doing any of these four.
