Scaling Back Your Business

Sally Kohn: I made some really dramatic changes in the last, basically starting in the very late fall of 2021. My studio manager, my project manager, essentially, who was really my right hand woman in running my business left. She took a full time job, an awesome agency job and I had sort of made this conscious choice to just be like, okay, what if I don't replace her? What if I just to like take this next year and run as lean as possible?Kohn: It is just so crazy how much can change so quickly, especially in this stage of career and motherhood and marriage and all of the places that we find ourselves in.
